beachfront bliss & spa - house & condominium rules A friendly reminder of the following important house rules Check-in and checkout times: Arrive between 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM, leave before 10:00 AM Please remember Bayline is not a resort, hotel or spa. Our front desk staff do not provide concierge services. Legally, they cannot check you into your rental apartment or let you in should you be locked out. Keys: Please do not leave the key at reception. A GPS tracker is attached to the keyring in case keys are lost. If you are concerned with privacy, simply remove the yellow airtag tracker from the keyring and leave it inside the apartment. The maximum number of guests is 5 (five). Quiet hours are from 21:00 until 10:00. Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning fee of € 300.- applies. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed indoors. Cleaning fee of € 300.- applies. Commercial photography and filming is not allowed. Sub-renting the property, in part of in full, is not permitted. Mounting furniture, drilling holes or otherwise changing the furnishings of the apartment is not permitted. Adding, moving, changing and removing furniture is not allowed. Some apartment windows are not easily accessible. Window cleaning must be requested and scheduled through the owner with a specialist company. All maintenance work must be scheduled by the owner, to be executed with professional specialist companies as to preserve maintenance and guarantee commitments in place. Please observe the speed limit of 20 km/h. Please park only in designated parking lots # 255 and #256. Condominium rules We are a condominium apartment community made up of owners from all around the world. Some have chosen to rent their units to vacationers like yourselves. Congratulations on choosing Bayline and Armacao de Pera to spend your vacation. We want you to enjoy your stay here as much as our owners enjoy living here. For this to be possible we ask everyone to show the same respect to others as they would like shown to themselves. The following outlines some key community rules and responsibilities. Pool hours are (8 am to 9 pm). Do not leave children alone in the pool area. Please enjoy the sunbeds. If you are not using the sunbeds, please leave them clean and free of objects for other customers to use. Don’t run near the pool. Wear shoes, avoid slipping or cutting yourself with an object that may be on the floor. Do not use glass near the pool area. No loud music allowed. Speak low. Balconies are for personal use and enjoyment. Do not hang or place to dry clothes, towels or any other objects on balconies, windows, or terrace railings. No cooking is permitted on balconies. Bayline is a gated community. Please ensure doors and gates close firmly after passing. Do not let strangers into Bayline or share the access code with anyone. As a guest in Bayline we hope you enjoy the use of the indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym. The use of each of these areas is subject to common sense rules that all users are expected to abide by. These rules are there for the safety and comfort of all. Please note that access to the indoor pool area is through the locker rooms. Personal belongings can be stored in the lockers in the changing rooms. The pools are not guarded and therefore children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. Absolutely no diving or jumping in the pools. Doing so can result in serious injury or death. Please shower before entering the pool, the sauna or the Turkish bath. If you are returning from the beach take extra time and care to ensure all sand has been removed - ideally you will use the outdoor showers located beside the outdoor pool. The sauna and turkish bath are restricted to those 16 years and older unless supervised by an adult. Because children have a hard time regulating body temperature, they should be supervised and should never exceed the recommended 10-15 minutes at a time. Presence in the sauna or Turkish bath while your child is using it is the only way to know if your child is in medical distress from overheating. You cannot adequately supervise a child’s use of these facilities from the pool deck. Again for safety reasons, the gym is restricted to those 16 years and older unless supervised by an adult. Children should never strength train alone. It's important to have an adult who knows how to strength train to oversee a child's workout. Being present in the room and supervision is not the same thing. It is very easy to injure yourself through improper technique and using weights that are too heavy. Additional safety rules are posted onsite for use of the sauna, the Turkish bath and the gym. It is your responsibility to read these prior to use and abide by them. There is no running allowed in any of these areas. Please respect other users and residents by keeping noise, roughhousing and splashing to a minimum. If another user requests you or your children to “tone it down”, please do so. Proper attire is required in each of these areas at all times. No nudity allowed. Locker rooms are provided. Users must bring their own towels. Bayline does not provide towels for rental or loan. Eating and smoking is not allowed in the spa, gym and/or pool areas. Staying hydrated is important. No glass or other breakable containers are allowed. Doors to locker rooms,the hallway, the sauna, Turkish bath, and outdoor areas are to be kept closed at all times. Proper temperatures and humidity levels cannot be maintained if doors are left open. Please remember Guests other than those mentioned in the reservation are not allowed in the apartment. When you arrive, if you see something broken or if something accidentally breaks, let us know immediately. We ask that you be responsible for your belongings. Whenever you go out, ALWAYS leave doors and windows closed. Whenever you go out, leave the air conditioning and lights off. Leave the trash in the trash containers located on the street outside of the condominium. Thank you!
